Kirsys Gomez’s journey in charter school operations began with a foundation in accounting and business practice. As Co-CEO of Amber Charter Schools, Kirsys ensures financial integrity and operational efficiency across the network, overseeing fiscal management and compliance. Her dedication to excellence in school operations has been recognized with a “Mujer Destacada” award from El Diario/La Prensa, honoring her as a Latina leader who has positively impacted her community. She has completed advanced executive programs at Columbia Business School and Rutgers University. Kirsys holds a B.A. in Accounting from Lehman College with a concentration in Business Practice.
